• What happens next ?
    Please get in touch with us using the Contact Form. We will then call you back and set up an initial face to face meeting.

    During this initial meeting we will listen to you requirements, give an honest appraisal of whether we can help and how, and go through how we will undertake the assignment.

    If we both then want to move forward we will produce an Engagement letter confirming your requirements and scope, the timescales and associated costs along with a copy of our Terms & Conditions and a mutual Confidentiality Agreement.

    Once these are signed we will commence work according to our agreed timings

    Please get in touch and we can have a discussion - either by phone or face to face - during which we can give you an honest view on whether we can help or where else you could get support.
  • What about confidentiality ?
    We are very sensitive to the level of confidential information that we will be given during our work and before starting any engagement will sign a mutual confidentiality agreement to protect you and us
  • Is there a minium length for an engagement
    No - We can undertake assignments of any length from 1 day to months depending upon requirements
  • How much of my time will be required ?
    We believe that working together in order to achieve a shared outcome which you and the business can own and align behind.

    We do not believe in undertaking assignments in isolation and then delivering our solution without your involvement. We are conscious of the day to day demands on you and the business and will look to minimise the impact we have on these, however the involvement of you and your senior staff is essential.

  • How long will it take ?
    The length of time to complete an engagement will vary and is driven by your requirements and needs.
  • How much do you charge ?
    Our fees are very competitive - The actual cost will vary according to your requirements and the length of time it will take.

    We aim to add real value to your business so using us should be thought of in the same way as any capital investment and the return it will deliver
  • Where will the work be carried out ?
    A lot of the work will be carried out on your premises (or a location convenient for you), especially during the initial information gathering stage and during the development of options and action planning as these will require the involvement of you and your staff.

    We can be very flexible and fir in with your needs and where possible (analysis, collation, preparation etc) work can be carried out offsite.
  • Do I have to pay upfront ?
    No.

    We will typically invoice you on completion of the assignment. For longer assignments we prefer to invoice monthly but this can be discussed prior to us commencing work

    Once payment has been received we will ensure you have originals of all documents, models, reports and plans.
